The Word of God is sufficient to equip us in all areas of life and godliness, guiding us on how to please Him (2 Timothy 3:16-17). In Scripture, He has provided everything we need for salvation and sanctification (2 Peter 1:3-4), as well as clear instructions for church order (1 Timothy 3:14-15). Therefore, we strive to know, live, and teach the whole counsel of God so that we may present everyone complete in Christ (Colossians 1:28).

To guide our ministries, we don't rely on pragmatic church growth methods, cultural trends, modern psychology or psychiatry, self-help gurus, business strategies, or personal experiences. Similarly, we don't base our ministries on the preferences of unbelievers or well-meaning but misguided Christians (Colossians 2:8).

When evaluating anything, we must first ask: What does God's Word say to believe, teach, say, and do? What are God's priorities? How does God define things? What has God commanded us to do? (Psalm 119:105, James 1:22)

This approach has many practical implications for our ministries. Sermons, songs, prayers, Bible studies, counseling, evangelism, missions, men's and women's ministries, youth and children's ministries, mercy ministries, and every other program we implement must fully align with sound biblical doctrine that promotes godliness (Titus 2:1, 1 Timothy 4:16).
