What The Lord Expects of You

When life is hard, we often look for a “special solution.” But most growth and stability come through ordinary faithfulness. By default, I will be calling you to invest these things into your life:

• The Gospel — believe and trust what God has freely given you in Christ (Ephesians 1)
• Leadership — find a leader or discipler who can advise you and pray with you. start with one close to you in a small group or Bible Study
• The Word — study, receive, believe, and obey Scripture (Colossians 3:16)
• Prayer — daily dependence on the Lord (Philippians 4:6–7)
• Repentance — Turn from any known sin by confessing it to the Lord and anyone else who needs to know (2 Corinthians 7)
• Fellowship — committed life in the body (Hebrews 10:24–25)
• Service — use your gifts to build up others (1 Peter 4:10)

1. Pray

2. Open the Word of God and read it

3. Call a mature friend, Life Group leader, or Bible Study leader to pray with you.

5. Attend Sunday worship and M28 Classes

6. Pursue a smaller group for fellowship and friendship.
